An aray of words, images- still and moving, pictures sprinkled with ideas, reflection, and wishful thinking

Shades of Blue is what I drew, and though I never meant to, my heart I did reveal. If there is something I can do to end this melancholy, I would but surely wash away the blue my heart poured out a-plenty
dodos, thank you for visiting. I so love your work. It does remind me of Greece. I left a long long time ago. I lived in Volos, in Nea Ionia and I only have fond memories. I visited last year and loved the place but struggled to remember. Your art is unique and prolific as well. It is pure.
Pandave, thank you for your encouragement and your kind words. it is truly amazing how I am going on and thinking over all my memories of her. I am going to eventually write a salute of sorts to my beautiful mother. I am collecting my thoughts. I am waiting becaused I need to do her justice. In the meantime her whole being is pressing me to go on and live just like she did in a way with great gusto for the simple things .. a walk in the neighborhood, a cup of coffee, some chips. hey mom! it is a journey, i think. but it is very important, for you, that you do keep on going as she did. and when the tribute comes, i know it will be more than worthy.
I like freedom, yet I want safety which don't necessarily coincide. I like variety yet am afraid of the unknown. I believe myself to be a silent rebel, inwardly rebeling of conformity and most of all the pomp and circumstance of life itself. Otherwise, I like to have my family, my friends around me all the time.

A lovely illustrated blog- the dancing couples are beautiful!
you know, i have been thinking about you and your melancholy and i do hope that the happy memories wash it away just a little.
but also, it is okay to be a little melancholy too...
